RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICIES
At In My Prime, we want your shopping experience to be delightful from start to finish.
- For returns and exchanges (subject to availability), we extend a window of up to 3 days from the date of product receipt. The items should be in perfect selling condition, unworn, with tags included and unbroken. - All items undergo a thorough inspection before processing returns or exchanges. Please note that refund requests for worn, used, or unsellable items will be declined. In case you receive a faulty item, notify us via email within 3 days of receipt for immediate assistance. Contact us at inmyprime.in@gmail.com for further support.
- We prioritize your satisfaction, and if a product is found to be faulty or incorrect, we will address it promptly. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, please inform us within 3 days of receipt. We cannot provide refunds or assistance beyond this timeframe. RETURNS
- Our returns policy spans 3 days from the date of purchase. If this duration has lapsed since your acquisition, regrettably, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
- To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.
- To complete your return process, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Method:
Pickup Service with Restocking Fee: We offer a convenient pickup service for returns. A restocking fee of Rs 150 will be applied, deducted from your refund to support our eco-friendly initiatives and cover the environmental costs of the return process.
REFUNDS
- Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and the credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 working days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
- If you haven't received your refund, please check your bank account and contact your credit card company/debit card for potential processing delays. Reach out to your bank, considering there may be some processing time before the refund is posted. If you've completed these steps and still haven't received your refund, kindly contact us at inmyprime.in@gmail.com.
